(Beloved)

" Went she dancing into the night,
- high above where the forests be neigh.
Und to her fancy the starless sky,
would cast array nei fear for life.

Und there the lords of the snow und ice,
did make her their Queen of beauty enticed,
That to they vainly - she wore nei crown,
but therein be merry as she twirled around.

Und the stars took haste,
- to their teathered loft
To embrace her sweetly,
- this child of Rholf

Then ghastly sentenced as the sun arose
That she lay there lifeless, a Queen of Stone."
